Rules
No purchase is necessary.
Void where prohibited. Coupon-B.com and its parent company, Bella OmniMedia
LLC, will randomly select the Winner of the Win a Pearl Necklace Sweepstakes
(“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes begins on
March 17, 2007 at 12:01 AM (Pacific Time) and ends September 1st, 2007 at
11:59 PM (Pacific Time) (“Sweepstakes Period”). A winner (“Winner”) will be
chosen on or about September 10th, 2007 and announced on Coupon-B.com following
confirmation of the Winner within approximately thirty (30) days of
selection and acceptance by the Winner. The odds of winning depend on the
eligible number of entries received. These Official Rules apply to the
Coupon-B.com Win a Pearl Necklace Sweepstakes. By entering, all Contestants agree to be
bound by these Official Rules.
How to Enter and How to Win
Contestants enter online at Coupon-B.com and must be legal United States
residents and 18 years or older to enter or to win and must be able to
provide proof of age and identity upon request (“Contestant”). Only one
Contestant entry per household is permitted. No person will be eligible to
enter the Sweepstakes more than once. Multiple entries from the same person
or same household may be disqualified. Persons entering the Sweepstakes
must access the Coupon-B.com website electronically from an authorized
computer located in the United States. Contestants must provide enough
information (in this case, a valid email address) to allow Coupon-B.com,
Bella OmniMedia LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the
“Sponsors”) to contact them if selected as a Winner. By providing a valid
email address, Contestants authorize Sponsors to send marketing and
promotional emails to Contestants. Members of the immediate families or
households of employees of Sponsor and any prize contributors are not
eligible. If Contestants want to enter their email address to enter the
Sweepstakes but do not want to receive coupon alerts, Contestants may
unsubscribe from receiving coupon alerts after receiving the first “welcome”
email by clicking on the “Instant removal with SafeUnsubscribe” option.
Alternatively, if Contestants do not want to provide their email address to
enter the Sweepstakes, Contestants may also enter the Sweepstakes by mailing
a 3” x 5” card with Contestant’s name, complete mailing address and phone
number to: Pearl Necklace Sweepstakes, c/o Bella Omnimedia LLC, 3236
Jackson Ave., Los Angeles, CA 91770.
Sponsors are not responsible for and expressly disclaim any liability for
any late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, destroyed, damaged,
stolen or postage due mail or entries, including, without limitation,
unavailable network connections; failed, garbled or delayed computer
transmissions; online failures; human errors; hardware, software or other
technical malfunctions, or any other communications failures or
circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the Sweepstakes in any
manner including, without limitation, receipt of entries which are not
received by the last day of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of date
submitted, mailed or postmarked or Contestants’ ability to participate in
the Sweepstakes, or Winner notification, or Winner response to notification.
Sponsors are not responsible for any damage to Contestant's computer
occasioned by participation in the promotion or downloading of any
information necessary to participate in the promotion. Sponsors reserve the
right to discontinue this Sweepstakes at any time, and may terminate or
decide to modify the Sweepstakes in any manner which it deems fair and
equitable. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to the Sweepstakes are final.
Subject to all applicable laws in the United States. Void where prohibited,
and expressly void in all other countries.
Sweepstakes Winner will receive one
Pearl Necklace on Silver Snake
Chain from ICE.com. No Prize substitution, except at the sole discretion
of Sponsors in which case a prize of comparable value would be substituted.
Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a cash payment of equal value for
any prize or a prize of comparable or equal value. Uses of the prizes are at
risk of the Winner and Sponsors do no assume any liability whatsoever. Only
one prize will be awarded per individual, family, or household.
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to
all lawful residents of the United States entering at the Coupon-B.com
Internet site from within the United States, except all employees of
Sponsors or prize suppliers or Sponsors vendors dealing with this
Sweepstakes or the operation of its websites, and those living in the same
household with such employees and members of their immediate family.
Winner may be required to
execute an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with Sweepstakes Rules
and a liability and publicity release. The Winner will be solely obligated
and responsible to pay all federal, state local and/or provincial taxes and
fees incurred or imposed. Sponsor makes no representation regarding the tax
implications of winning. The Winner should contact tax advisers for any
further information. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof of
identity and e-mail or e-mail address validity. Failure to execute and
return any requested documents within 10 days of attempted delivery of such
Sponsor documentation, or the return of any prize or prize notification as
undeliverable will result in disqualification of the Winner and the awarding of
the prize to alternate winner. All decisions by Sponsor are final. All entries
become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned.
Use of Winner’s Information
By participating in the
Sweepstakes, each Contestant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and
all decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects. Each
Contestant agrees to release and hold harmless, Sponsors from any and all
liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance,
possession or use/misuse of any Prize. Sweepstakes entry constitutes
permission to post Winner’s first name and last name initial on the
Coupon-B.com and Bella OmniMedia LLC Websites, and to use Winner's name
(first name and last name initial), hometown, and likeness for purposes of
advertising and promotion without further compensation except where
prohibited by law. Except for sharing with its own affiliates and
subsidiaries, Coupon-B.com and Bella OmniMedia LLC will not share
Contestant
information with any third parties. Please read our privacy policies on our
